Heiter sessions are “heiter experiences” (workshops)that give you the opportunity to immerse yourself in a creative and/or calming activity and thus, add more joy to your daily life. 

This is the recording of a heiter baking session with cook & food writer Amy Minichiello.

In the session we bake Apple & Blueberry Burnt Butter Tart alongside each other. Amy will talk us through all the individual steps. Please note that you will have to prepare equipment and ingredients so that you can bake your tart. Once your purchase is successful, you will receive a download link with everything you need to watch and work along the session, including the recipe.

Equipment:

• 22-24 cm loose-bottomed tart tin with sides at least 5cm high

• Baking tray

• Baking paper

• Small saucepan

• Teaspoon measure

• Large bowl/stand mixer or electric beaters

• Whisk

• Sieve

• Micro plane or grater

• Spatula

• Medium size bowl

• Chopping board

• Knife

• ½ cup and ¼ cup measures

• Scales (preferably digital)
